ARTICLE 7. SERVICES RESERVED FOR REGISTERED USERS

1. REGISTRATION

Access to certain services, particularly all paid services, is conditioned by the user’s registration.

Registration and access to the site’s services are reserved exclusively for capable adults who have completed and validated the registration form available online on the site dayz.rent, as well as these General Terms of Use.

During registration, the user agrees to provide accurate, sincere, and up-to-date information about themselves and their civil status. The user must also regularly verify their data to maintain its accuracy.

The user must provide a valid email address, where the site will send confirmation of their registration for its services. An email address cannot be used multiple times to register for services.

Any communication made by dayz.rent and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The user thus agrees to regularly check the messages received at this email address and to respond within a reasonable time if necessary.

Only one registration to the site’s services is allowed per individual.

The user is assigned a username, which allows access to a space reserved for them (hereafter "Personal Space"), in addition to entering their password.

The username is permanent; however, the password can be modified online by the user in their Personal Space. The password is personal and confidential, and the user agrees not to disclose it to third parties.

dayz.rent reserves the right to refuse a registration request for services in the event of non-compliance by the user with the provisions of these General Terms of Use.

1. UNSUBSCRIPTION

A regularly registered user may request to unsubscribe at any time by going to the dedicated page in their Personal Space. Any unsubscription from the site will be effective after the user has completed the appropriate form, within the following period: 10 working days.

1. DELETION OF PERSONAL SPACE BY THE SITE PUBLISHER

The user is informed that the publisher reserves the right to delete the Personal Space of any User who contravenes these terms of use and sale, particularly in the following cases:

• If the user uses the site illegally;
• If the user, at the time of creating their Personal Space, voluntarily provides erroneous information to the site;
• If the user has not been active in their Personal Space for at least one year.

If the publisher decides to delete the user’s Personal Space for any of these reasons, it will not constitute harm to the user whose account has been deleted.

This deletion does not constitute a waiver of any legal action the publisher may undertake against the user who has violated these rules.

ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITIES

The publisher is responsible only for the content it has itself published.

The publisher is not responsible:

• In case of technical, IT, or site compatibility problems or failures with any hardware or software;
• For direct or indirect, material or immaterial, predictable or unpredictable damages resulting from the use or difficulty of using the site or its services;
• For the inherent characteristics of the Internet, especially those related to the lack of reliability and security of the information circulating on it;
• For illegal content or activities using its site, which it has not duly become aware of under Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, for confidence in the digital economy, and Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data.

Additionally, the site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information disseminated on it.

The user is responsible:
